Covers structural defects in floor trusses, framing components, and roof rafters.
This warranty is for structural failures only.
What Is Not Covered
Separate warranties cover the furnace, water heater, HVAC components, appliances, doors, windows, lights, fans, faucets, smoke detectors, range hoods, cabinets, and carpets.
Excludes foundations, concrete work, site work, and alterations not built by Rochester Homes.
Damage from misuse, improper maintenance or repairs, site preparation issues, and acts of God (e.g., winds, floods, high humidity).
Normal wear, paint and stain variations, and natural wood grain variations.

Conditions And Legal Remedies
No liability for incidental or consequential damages like special use of property, transportation, lodging, loss of home use, inconvenience, or income loss.
Disputes will be settled by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association in the state where the home is located.
Arbitration must be initiated within one year after the warranty expires.
