Please excuse this for being belated. At Rochester Homes’ it isn’t in our nature to toot our own horn, but we thought we would share this with you. Recently Rochester Homes was awarded two prestigious awards from the National Association of Home Builders and the Building Systems Council.
Titled the Jerry Rouleau Excellence in Marketing Contest and the Jerry Rouleau Excellence in Model Home Design, these awards are highly sought-after in the industry.
In the marketing contest, Rochester Homes was named winner in the website category. The judges noted the website’s intuitive layout and solid photography, clean design, visually pleasing color pallet and readability.
In addition, in the home design contest, Rochester Homes and LaPorte Housing Specialists of Laporte, Indiana, won an Entry of Distinction award for its custom ranch design in the homes less than 2,000 square feet category. The judges’ commented about the home’s affordability and value engineered design, well thought interior layout and efficient use of space.
The awards were part of the NAHB Building Systems Council Summit in Pittsburgh, Penn. held Oct. 6 through 8.
The BSC is the leading trade organization of the systems-built housing industry. The council is dedicated to promoting the benefits of systems-built construction to consumers and builders. Comprised of six different councils, the BSC represents manufacturers, builders and suppliers of log, timber frame, modular, panelized and concrete homes.
