Based on the artist rendering, this model is unlike the others with its contemporary design; the vertical board and batten-accented siding, black Andersen windows and matching doors adds to its modern sensibility.
As you enter the home, a foyer leads you to a spacious, open concept dining, living and kitchen area. The kitchen boasts an oversized center island that features multiple drawers as storage options. An optional patio door is offered for a future deck. The first level of the home also showcases a spacious master bedroom suite complete with a walk-in closet, master bath with double lavenette and large walk-in shower.
The Avery also has an additional first-floor bedroom, as well as a utility area with a built-in linen closet and bench seat. The second story may be finished on-site to include a third bedroom and full bath.
