So, you’re considering purchasing a brand new modular home. One of the most exciting part of your consideration is examining the various floor plans and figuring out what might be best for you, your location, and your family.

In the below infographic, you can see some of our most popular plans. First up is the Avery, a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout with a beautiful, clean exterior, and wide open spaces within. Next is the Roosevelt series, another 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom model enhanced with bump-outs and a gable porch. One of our most versatile homes, the foyer comes with a coat closet, and the kitchen features a huge island that can function as a space for preparing food or even as an eat-in bar. The dining area is linked to both the kitchen and a practical utility room that can also double as an optional garage.

There’s also the Heritage series, our most popular value-engineered floor plan, with wide-open spaces included in the ranch home style. Like the Roosevelt, it has an eat-in island in the kitchen, and three bedrooms with two baths. The Heritage series has a split-bedroom floor plan, meaning the master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house as the two others, which share one bathroom.

Next is the Joseph series, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms once again. This series has a large, open living room and kitchen area great for hosting family gatherings or a breakfast on the go. The kitchen also includes a large pantry with plenty of storage space.

And finally, there’s the Radford series, our favorite open concept floor plan. This series features a connecting kitchen and living area, highlighting a separate formal dining room for hosting parties with friends and family.

All of these popular options are excellent homes, so it really comes down to what you and your family need.
